The project investigates the impact of collaboration and communication between interprofessional teams of avatars on the detection of construction clashes in an immersive virtual Building Information Modelling (BIM) system using a virtually walk-through 3D house model. At the same time, the experience gathered with the BIM workflow prototype will be used to develop pedagogical scenarios and introduce them into the classroom in vocational schools.
