By publishing content on #Proforis you agree to our end user agreement. Please read the points below carefully.

Metadata

You hereby agree that the metadata of your contributions will be stored electronically, accessible in #Proforis and referenced in relevant directories (e.g. Google Scholar, OpenAIRE, BASE, ExLibris Primo etc.).

Certain PHSG-internal information is only accessible to a limited group of members of the St.Gallen University of Teacher Education (PHSG). In addition, PHSG employees decide for themselves what personal data they wish to make accessible in their personal profile on #Proforis.

Upload of materials

You hereby confirm that all legal issues when uploading materials (texts, graphics, images, sound, film and similar works) have been clarified and that the uploaded materials comply in particular with copyright law and all data protection regulations (see also https://nextra.phsg.ch/group/phsg/datenschutz-und-informationssicherheit-an-der-phsg)

You hereby agree that uploads of materials (texts, graphics, images and similar works) may be stored electronically, made publicly accessible in #Proforis, and made usable for text and datamining (TDM). This declaration does not affect any right to publish such materials elsewhere.

Further regulations

You hereby confirm that all materials posted or attached represent your own views and opinions, for which the platform administration accepts no responsibility whatsoever. You hereby also confirm that the publication does not contain any illegal content.

These Terms of Use are subject to Swiss law. Any disputes resulting from or in relation to these Terms of Use and/or the upload of materials onto #Proforis are under the jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of St. Gallen.

The PHSG as the administrator of #Proforis does not take any responsibility for violations or infringements of this agreement or of national and/or international law. Should legal action be taken against the PHSG in the course of any infringement, the PHSG reserves the right to take legal action against the users of #Proforis responsible for the infringement.
